Outdoor Ovens

Although here at the restaurant we use a wood fired pizza oven, we know that so many of you love to make your own pizzas at home. That’s why we like to share tips about products we personally own, use or have friends that have them. That way you know that they are actually useful and you don’t have to rely on reviews that may or may not be true. This is the internet after all!

Fortunately, there are quite a few different types and makes of pizza ovens that are built specifically to be used outside. You can buy counter-top ones that can be moved indoors when not in use or ones that come on stands and permanently remain in your garden under a cover. The counter-top ones are more portable, so you can easily take them away camping, fishing or even just to use out of the back of your vehicle.

They make them pretty quick too, some in as less as 15 minutes to cook a whole pizza. Obviously the prices vary slightly depending on where you are buying from but Amazon is hard to beat these days. Plus you get to read genuine reviews from people who actually own the products, which is rare to find these days. And who doesn’t love free next day delivery with Amazon Prime!

Pizzacraft make some of the most popular outdoor ovens and they are very reasonably priced too. You can pick up a high spec oven for less than $200 and be eating great pizzas from it tomorrow. There are cheaper models available but always check out the specifications and sizes of pizza that you can make on them before choosing the best one for you.

Whichever one you decide to buy, we hope this information has been useful and you get the right one for you. If you need any other advice or have more questions, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help as much as we can. Other useful kitchen gadgets here.
